Bevchek Inc. purchases all assets of Bevchek Global Systems Inc.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Vancouver - December 1, 2009 - We are pleased to announce that Bevchek Inc. has purchased all assets and intellectual property of Bevchek Global Systems Inc. The acquisition includes all current clients, websites, trademarks, marketing, software, firmware, copyrights, patents, and all engineering development.
Bevchek Inc., whose core business is Point of Sale implementation and software integration, will add tremendous strength, flexibility and stability to an already strong Bevchek product and brand.
The key highlights for our customers are as follows:
- Bevchek Inc. ownership has more than 20 plus years in the Food Service Industry.
- Bevchek Inc. continues to have a full team of software engineers who are experienced in writing interfaces and supporting software applications.
- Bevchek Inc. will provide expanded help desk hours.
- Key employees of Bevchek Inc. have been retained for continuity and strength in the product.
- Bevchek Inc. will offer monthly training webinars to our dealers and clients so that everyone will have the opportunity to grow with us.
The Executive team at Bevchek Inc. is committed to making the acquisition a smooth transition for our current client base. All relationships with manufactures and distributors have been maintained and it is business as usual.
